6.a to note: Glencairn Properties have acquired the brownfield site at 11-23 Montrose Terrace (former filling station) with a view of erecting purpose-built student accommodation; current plans will be on view on 19 December, inviting feedback. Following the submission of a formal planning application, a presentation at the February 2020 LCCC meeting is likely.
