Short-term lets consultation events

There is a programme of Short Term Let Consultation events (first in Inverness on Tuesday).  A good chance to air local views on short term lets/ Air B&B/ absent landlords etc.

Residents, hosts, businesses, local authorities and anyone with an interest are encouraged to attend all of these events.

A concept testing for the communal bin review project has been implemented in Albert Street to test the project aims:

  1. Increase and improve recycling services to residents in multi-occupancy and flatted properties providing fully integrated waste and recycling service (each location aiming to have residual waste, recycling, food waste and glass)
  2. Review the existing bin locations to develop more formalised collection hubs to improve the perception of the service and enhance the streetscape
  3. Improve overall recycling performance, customer satisfaction and service reliability
