Leith Walk repairs further update: TTRO enforcement

In response to questions, LCCC have received the following reply on 3 July 2014 from Alan Dean (CEC Stakeholder Liaison and Engagement) regarding wardens enforcing the temporary traffic restrictions around the works sites on Leith Walk:

“[Parking colleagues] don’t have detailed information regarding times visited as the street is mainly visited by mobile attendants who don’t record this information as they visit so many streets. We have been assured that it is happening however.”

Traffic tailbacks caused by inconsiderate (double) parking are a problem for all of us. LCCC is therefore keen to see traffic wardens who help to keep things moving. If you have spotted one, please let us know (planning.lccc@leithcentralcc.co.uk).
