With thanks to Greener Leith for alerting us to this, Edinburgh Council has put off until Autumn 2015 a decision about extending the trams northwards. Meanwhile, Leith Central CC, and (we assume) just about every Leith resident, business and visitor, is sick fed up with the ongoing delays to repairing Leith Walk. Continue reading

Leith Programme Stakeholder Update 77 – Updated proposals for Pilrig Street to McDonald Road

The latest design proposals for this section have been developed and these can be viewed on the Council website. The statutory consultation on the proposed designs will begin very soon,  details of which will be contained in a future Stakeholder Update.
