LCCC May AGM agenda and ordinary meeting ‘statutory’ agenda

The next meeting of Leith Central Community Council is on Monday, 20 May 2024 at 7pm. It will comprise the annual general meeting, immediately followed by an ordinary meeting. it will be held at the Nelson Hall, McDonald Road Library.   2. to agree: minutes of the previous annual general meeting of LCCC
  3. to note: the Annual Report
  4. to agree: Treasurer’s submission of Annual Accounts duly independently examined and certified correct 
  5. Demit of current office bearers and election of office bearers
    (This item will be chaired by Bruce Ryan.) 
  6. to agree: Dates, times and venue of future ordinary meetings and the next annual general meeting
